Accessing Onwards & Upwards
To access the Onwards & Upwards course page, select Onwards & Upwards in the navigation be, next to your profile dropdown.
Onwards & Upwards Dashboard
The O&U course consists of eight sessions intended to be completed sequentially.
Each session is represented as a thumbnail with relevant information about the session and status.

A session thumbnail displays the following details:
- Session title: Title of the session.
- Session number: Number of the session.
- Completion status: Completion status of the session, not started, launched and completed.
- Description: Description of the session.
- Action button - user clicks to start, continue or edit the session.
Action Buttons - Begin, Continue, Edit/Retake session
As previously noted, the Action button is located at the bottom of the session thumbnail.
To initiate a session, simply click the Begin session.
To continuing a partially completed session, please choose the Continue session button.
For completed sessions requiring editing or reviewing, select the Edit/Retake session button.
Continuing/Editing or Restarting a course
If Continue session or Edit/Retake session was selected, the following screen appears before the session starts. At this point, the user has the option to either resume or restart the session.
- Title: Course, Session name and number
- Resume/Edit button: If the course is being continued (first play through) or edited (after the session is completed).
- Restart: Restarts the session at the beginning, resetting all user progress.
Session UI
The following screenshot is an example of a typical session slide.

- Navigation Arrows: Navigate around the session with these forward and back arrows.
- Exit Session: During a session, to exit, select the Exit Session button located at the top right of the screen.
- Navigation: When launching the session, if the user has selected the Edit/Retake session button, the course is in Edit mode.
The initial slide presented is a navigation slide, enabling users to easily navigate to their desired slides.
The Show Navigation button is located in the top right corner of the screen.
Select this button to jump back to the Navigation slide (above).
