From time to time passwords are lost or forgotten.
Occasionally, passwords may be lost or forgotten. For added security, we recommend safeguarding your user credentials in a password manager such as LastPass or 1Password.
Refer to the following instructions for resetting your password.
Request a password reset email

Navigate to the platform's login page.

At the bottom of the login panel, click the Forgot your password? link.

Enter your email address and click the Email Password Reset Link button.
You will receive an email with the subject Reset Password Notification.

Click on the Reset Password button in the email.
You will be redirected to a page where you can update your password.

Confirm your email address is correct.

Enter your new password, following these standards:
- Minimum of 8 characters long.
- Minimum of 1 uppercase character.
- Minimum of 1 lowercase character.
- Minimum of 1 digit.
- The use of special characters is advised: !@#$%^&*().

Enter your new confirmation password.

Click Reset Password
- You will be redirected to the login page where you can enter your credentials.
