Student Invite URL
Students receive an invitation to join the platform through a Student Invite URL provided by their teacher.
Upon clicking the Student Invite URL, students are directed to a self-registration page where they can enter their details to create their account and gain access to the platform.
Once the registration is complete, students will have access to the DLP and will be automatically associated with the group linked to the Student Invite URL.
If the relevant groups haven't been set up yet, you can refer to this article for guidance on creating a new group.
Retrieve URL
To retrieve the Student Invite URL to be shared with students, follow these steps:
- Log into the platform as a Teacher.
- Select Groups from the top navigation bar, next to the profile dropdown.
- Select the Student Invite URL from the desired Group to copy the link.
The teacher can decide how they prefer to share their link with the students.
A common way to share the group is via email. The teacher can cc or bcc the relevant students with the same registration link.
